Some garments may be pinned to the model. Accurate measurements are taken in item descriptions, so please read them carefully before you purchase, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Items listed as vintage or pre-owned are sold "as is" and considered final sale. Due to the nature and age of vintage items, natural discoloration, snags, and wear are to be expected, and add to the uniqueness of each piece. We will describe any imperfections to the best of our knowledge in the item description.

US domestic shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Pre-ordered items will ship within 4-8 weeks of purchase. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.

International shipping

Unfortunately we aren’t shipping internationally at the moment.

Returns

7 Days to Return

Should you find that your item does not meet your standard we are able to return your time for store credit. We do not accept returns on vintage, jewelry, apothecary, pre-owned, or on sale items.

Email us at rosasymimbre@gmail.com prior to returning or exchanging items.

Items must be shipped back in original, unworn condition including original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.

Items returned not meeting the above conditions are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
