We are a mom and daughter owned shop. We carefully curated this space in hopes to provide a platform for Mexican/Indigenous creatives and to work along side artists in our community. We also wanted to have a project to work on together. Our relationship is close and dear and we have always wanted to be creative in unison but never could find the right project. Then came the birth of Rosas y Mimbre. We’ve worked together sharing stories of Mexican women in our lives who have inspired us, loved us, nurtured us and chose to honor them in a way that reflected us best: sewing. We have created garments inspired by women like Dolores Del Rio, Maria Felix, and even my Abuelita Juanita. We hope you love this space as much as we do but most of all we welcome you to a home away from home.
